This pack gives you 1 session per week for those with a busy schedule. Each session consists of 40 minutes, to include, warmup, workout, stretching and cool down.
All sessions must be used within 4 weeks of the start of your program.
This pack gives you access to 2 sessions per week. For those with a busy schedule, but want to get a little more out of their fitness program, this one is for you. Each session includes, warmup, workout depending on goals, stretch and cool down. All sessions must be used within the month.

This class will keep the athlete moving! 40 minutes of footwork, acceleration/deceleration techniques, explosive movements and proper form coaching. This class will have your athlete begging for more.
